Undeposted Funds shows up in register

The Undeposited Funds will show the transaction that is associated with the account. I can help you ensure that the amount was successfully deposited into your business account.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. Tap the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
3. Locate the Undeposited Funds and click View register.
4. The deposited amount should show as Deposit on the Type column.

The deposited amount should show on the Decrease column. You can also view where it was deposited on the Payee Account column.
