Unethical Overcharging by QuickBooks - charges for 13 states when we ONLY have 4 em

I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the ongoing billing issue regarding sales tax for 12 additional states. This has been an issue for five years, and despite multiple calls and assurances that the problem was resolved, I continue to be overbilled.
 
During my most recent call, I was told that "this is just how QuickBooks works" and that there was no way to escalate the issue further. This response is unacceptable. I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this billing error and to ensure that I am only charged for the appropriate states.

I would feel the same if I am being overbilled for my sales tax and would want to be charged the correct amount for the appropriate states, @mdatx.
