Unpaid bills report by project?

Let me help you by making sure you'll be able to run the unpaid reports by the project in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

You can run the Unbilled charges report to show the unpaid bills by Project. Let me guide you through the steps: 

1. Click Reports from the left menu.

2. Search for Unbilled Charges. Select the Customize button on the report.

3. In the Report period from the drop-down, select the date you want to show on the report. 

4. In the Rows/columns drop-down, choose Customer and click Change columns.

5. Go to the Filter section, then select the Projects from the Customer drop-down.

6. Click Run Report.
