HELP - I unreconciled one to many months and now the register won't show all my transactions.  What do I do?

Hello Mtk3, I'm here to help you with that.

 

The unreconciled transactions should still be in the register unless you delete them. You can perform some steps to view the unreconciled transactions. I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu.
  2. In the Chart of Accounts tab, find the account. Then, click View register.
  3. Click the Funnel icon. In the Reconcile Status, select No StatusNot Reconciled or All.
  4. Set the Transactions Type field to All.
  5. Make sure to set the correct date.
  6. Click Apply to reflect the changes.

 

If the same thing happens, we can follow these steps to issue the problem.

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account in a private browser.
  2. If everything works in the private browser, you can clear cache and cookies to fix issue: Delete browser cache.
  3. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser: Supported web browsers.

 

When doing the reconciliation process, make sure to compare your bank statements and the list of transactions you have in QuickBooks. This way, your accounts, and balance will remain accurate.
