Updating QB Current Template

Hello there, @HappyGirl1. I'll be happy to guide you on how to update your current QuickBooks Paystub template. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the Edit menu at the top of your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) account.
2. Select Preferences.
3. In the left menu, click Send Forms.
4. Go to the Company Preferences tab.
5. In the Template name section, locate and select the paystub template.
6. Click on the Edit button at the bottom.
7. From there, modify the information you want.
8. Once done, click Save, then OK.
