Upgrade 2021 Enterprise Desktop

Now that we have upgraded to 2021, our program will not work. We have called and started a chat but have been on hold for over two hours. Our team has lost a whole day's work. This is so frustrating! The system keeps saying to activate, which we have done and still nothing. We uninstalled the pr
