Upgrading from Solopreneur (billed through Apple) to Quickbooks Simple Start

I setup my QuickBooks on my iPhone and started with a Solopreneur account billed through Apple. I now want to upgrade to Simple Start but I am having trouble doing so. I looked through the forums and found some suggestions. I tried canceling my Apple subscription so that I could start a direct subscription, but the only option I have is to restart my Apple subscription. I have been trying to contact someone for several days and I can't seem to get to a person. Please help!

Please know that if you subscribed through Apple, you cannot upgrade your subscription directly. However, you can manually upgrade your subscription by visiting our Plans and Pricing page.

 

Regarding your attempt to cancel your Apple subscription so you can start a direct subscription, you can contact Apple Support directly for assistance since your billing method is linked to their system.
