Is it possible to create a "view only" user in QB Online? I want this person to be able to see everything, but not to make entries or change anything. Thanks!

I've got your back on setting up a user with limited access, @Maria W.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to set up a user with certain permissions. And the Reports only access is the best user type to create a user with view-only access. This access doesn’t involve adding and editing entries. Though they can create or add custom and report groups, viewing individual transactions is unavailable. Here's how you can set them up:

  1. Click the Gear icon, then select Manage Users
  2. Select Add user
  3. Pick Reports only, and hit Next.
  4. Fill out the First nameLast name, and Email fields.
  5. Click Save.

Once done, QuickBooks will send an email invitation to the user and have them accept it. I'm adding this article for more guidance: Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online.
