Started getting session timeouts and now cannot sign in to mobile because qb cannot find email address or password

If you're able to access QuickBooks using a web browser, I suggest performing these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Restart your mobile phone and launch the app again.
  2. Update your phone's operating system.
  3. If necessary uninstall and reinstall the application.
