Was anyone else double-charged for May? I'm usually charged $10.30/mo and I was charged $20.60 on 5/1...

I reviewed related community questions and no, I don't have a second active subscription on my iPhone. No idea what's causing the double-charge.

  1. Go to Help (?) and select Contact Us.
    Note: If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter "talk to a human", then click Continue.
  3. Select the options till you are prompted to choose a way to connect.
