Question

We cancelled one of our Quickbooks Online Software on January 2 and was told that we would get a refund within 7-10 days. That has not been received. I need to know why?

You have to contact Intuit/ QB, by chat or requesting a callback.  No one here has access to your account.

Yes i did that already 15 days ago and still no refund. Just trying to find out who here has had the same issue and what else i can do. Trying to get through to them is a nightmare.

  3. Enter a brief description of the issue, then tap Continue.
  4. Click either Have us call you.
