We cannot login with our primary admin account. Can you pls help? Can we change the primary account without login？

If it works, you may need to clear the browser's cache to start fresh. If you get the same result, consider switching to a different supported browser.

Additionally, you can request to change the primary admin. This will allow you to transfer the access rights or role to an existing user.
