May I know additional details of your concern? Any information will be a great help so I can give you a timely solution. In the meantime, let me share some info about what happens when you closed your business and if you've cancelled your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. 

 

Once your QBO account is cancelled, you'll only be given read-only access to your accounting data for a year. To have a copy of your data, you can export them and save them on your hard drive.
