We no longer do multi state payroll and need those quarterly reports turned off

I recognize that that you no longer need the work location for out-of-state employees and would like to deactivate it. Furthermore, you are seeking assistance in removing the action needed notifications for the Texas (TX) quarterly reports and resolving any charges associated with out-of-state employees. To deactivate the work location for out-of-state employees, you can follow these steps: But before doing that, make sure that no active employees are currently assigned to the work location. Once confirmed, please follow the steps below. 

1. Select Settings ⚙, then Payroll settings.
2. From Work locations, select Edit ✎.
3. Choose Edit on the work location you want to remove. 
4. From the Active dropdown▼ select Inactive.
5. Choose Save.
