I've got your back, @Ann Thompson. I’ll help you cancel your Payroll Assisted subscription.

 

Thank you for choosing QuickBooks to work with your payroll. It’s sad to see you go, but I’ll be here to walk you through the process of canceling your QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted.

 

First, you’ll need to submit the QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted cancelation form to discontinue the service. After we've verified your cancelation request, you'll receive an email confirmation within 3 business days. Once done, we'll send you another email.

 

However, you’ll have to reach out to us if you have Assisted Payroll Plus (APP), the bundle package of QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Assisted and QuickBooks Software Subscription.
