We switched from Desktop to Online and now we cannot get the same reports as on Desktop. I was told to ask that they be specially created by your software engineers.

I need Income & Expense /budget Performance as well as Balance Sheet. I can attach copies of what we previously got from QB Desktop

Please know that QuickBooks Online has the different type of balance sheet reports that can help you view your assets, liabilities, and equity. I've listed them below:

For income and expenses, you call pull up these reports:

Profit and Loss by Customer
Profit and Loss by Class
Profit and Loss by Month
Profit and Loss by Tag Group
Profit and Loss Comparison
Profit and Loss Detail
Profit and Loss as % of total income Profit and Loss year-to-date comparison
Quarterly Profit and Loss Summary

For the budget performance, you use the Budget v.s. Actuals report to compare the planned out budget to the actual transactions. You can follow these steps to find them:

Sign in to your QuickBooks Online.
On the left panel, select Reports.
Type the name of the report in the search box.
Select the report.
