We want to delete our CPA as accountant/user. . Does anyone know if this will impact our history?

The only change could be if your account is paid for through the accountant user in which case they need to first remove your account from their discount program and return it to being paid by you which will be at full list price.  You are the owner of your data.  Nothong happens to it.
