Good day, @janet-cooper.

We can check the user limits of your subscription and ensure that you haven't reached the usage limit.

The usage limit in QuickBooks Online depends on your plan. To see which plan you have:

  1. Go to the Gear icon ⚙ and then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select the Billing and subscription tab, then check your plan details.

See this article for more info about usage limits in QuickBooks: What are usage limits in QuickBooks Online?

Also, upon adding a new user make sure to enter the correct email and user type. To add a user, here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings under Company Settings.
  3. Select Manage Users.
  4. Click Add user.
  5. Choose the user type you want to create.
  6. Enter your new user’s name and email address, then select Save.

Also, can you share more information about the old Intuit email you've mentioned? Is this for the new user or your email address? This way, I can provide accurate steps to help.
