What do I do if an App I installed isn't showing up in my apps?

I installed the Etsy Connector app and everything was fine.  Now it hasn't sync'd since then and isn't showing up in my apps.  I can't sync again without being charged for an additional platform.

When the Etsy Connector stops syncing, we can resolve this by disconnecting and reconnecting the app to refresh the connection. This process won't incur any additional charges, Ccstudios.

 

There are also various reasons why the Etsy Connector might not be working as it is and not showing on your app lists. Sometimes, updates from Etsy can cause temporary disruptions in connectivity due to API changes or updates.

 

The connector might also need to be reauthorized to reconnect with QuickBooks. There may occasionally be service outages or system maintenance on their end, which can affect this case. For now, I recommend contacting Etsy Connector support for verification and updates.
