What happened to being able to open up tabs to access different company files? I don't want to have to keep closing out one to open another when I am dealing with 4 files

The ability to open multiple company files in different tabs has been disabled, cshell803.

I understand how important for you to manage your company using the multi-tab and company switcher feature. I'll share why it's no longer available.

We stopped supporting these features due to low usage to invest in other functions that are important to you. I know it allowed you to access multiple companies from different tabs, which simplified your workflow. 

Alternatively, you can access other company files using a different browser. For example, you could log in to Company 1 with Google Chrome, Company 2 with Firefox, Company 3 with Microsoft Edge, and Company 4 with Incognito window. It should also be possible to access one company through a regular browsing window and another through a private browser window.

Here are the shortcut keys to open a private browsing window:

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge
• Command + Shift + N for Safari
