What happened to Reports in Bookmarks?

Up until recently, I had "Reports" bookmarked.
Now, it dropped off of "BOOKMARKS" and is no longer an option.
Either this was an update bug, of Intuit made a decision to remove "Reports" from "BOOKMARKS".

Hello @mdimaggio, I'm here to provide helpful information about QuickBooks Online (QBO) reports.

 

After the recent updates, Reports were removed from the BOOKMARKS section. Currently, only QBO Advance subscriptions have this option. What we can do for now is to edit your Menu section and drag Reports to the top for easier access.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left menu section, click the Pencil icon beside Menu.
  2. Locate Reports, then click and drag it to the top.
  3. Select Save.

 

Moreover, if you want this feature added to the program, I suggest sending your valuable feedback to our product developers. By doing so, you can help us improve our services and make your experience with QBO even better. To submit your request, follow the steps below.

 

To send your request:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Tap Next to submit.

 

Additionally, you can memorize a report to save its current customization settings for future use.
