What happened to the menu? I can't find my reports.

I acknowledge the relevance of the navigation menu, which provides easy access to your daily tasks. Let me explain why you can't find your reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

It's possible you're in the Business view, which groups cash flow, reports, and projects. Thus, the Reports tab won't display in the navigation menu.  Here's how to locate the Reports tab: 

 

  1. Click the Business overview option in the menu bar, then select Reports.

 

 

You can also switch to Accountant view and look for the Reports tab in the navigation menu. Please see the screenshots below.

 

 

If the issue persists in the Accountant view, it's possible that you accidentally clicked the three lines button at the top, which hides the navigation menu. You may return to the menu bar by clicking it again.
