I got you cover, @atcurry10-gmail-.

I'll share some information about mixing business and personal account. While it is not advisable, you'll want to remove or deactivate your personal bank in QBO. If you don't have a business account, you can open a new account and connect it in bank feeds. This way, you can easily add and match your bank transactions with QuickBooks.

To disconnect an existing account:

  1. Go to Banking, then select Banking at the top.
  2. Choose the account you want to remove, and then tick Edit (pencil icon).
  3. Tap Edit account info. See the image below.
  4. In the Account window, mark the box next to Disconnect this account on save.
  5. Click Save and Close.

After deactivating, add your business account by following these steps.

  1. In the Banking window, hit the Link account button.
  2. Search your bank name or URL, then Continue.
  3. Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the window.
  4. Follow onscreen steps to connect. Your bank may require additional security checks. It may take a few minutes to connect.
  5. Choose your business account, and how far back you want to download transactions.
  6. Click Connect.

Once done, you can now add and match your downloaded transactions. Refer to this guide for the steps: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
