I know the best reports to run, melinda-marathon.

You'll want to pull up the Payroll Tax and Sales Tax Liability reports to view your state/federal payroll and sales taxes withheld, paid, and owed for the selected time range. These will help you ensure that everything is accurate before you file your return to the IRS or your tax agency. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports.
  2. Select Payroll Tax Liability (under the Payroll section) or Sales Tax Liability Report (under the Sales tax section).
  3. Select a time period from the Date Range drop-down menu.
  4. Choose a work Location or tax agency to see a list of taxes owed and paid for that location.
  5. Click Run Report.

Additionally, here are some resources that you can browse to help speed up the reporting process in the program:

Keep me posted if you have any other concerns or follow-up questions about taxes and reports. I'll always have your back.
