What is the best "free" receipt and mileage tracking app for use with QuickBooks?

There are a few apps that'll integrate with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Our Marketplace website would be the best resource for your concern: https://apps.intuit.com/.

But are these free apps to use with quickbooks online? The quickbooks self-employed charges for the mileage/receipt tracking service even tho I have the QB online

    Hi there, Jodee12.

     

    All applications in the App Store were developed and released by third-party companies. They have their own billing and subscription mechanisms. They are listed in the App Store because they are compatible with QuickBooks. 

     

    Also, QuickBooks Self-Employed's subscription is separate from QuickBooks Online. You will be asked to create a different account if you will be using the mileage tracker from QBSE.
