What is the path to renew the QB Online account? I'm currently in Settings/Billing

You're on the right track, the billing and subscription information will show how to renew an account in QuickBooks Online. Let me walk you through the rest of the steps on how to accomplish this.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription.
  4. On the QuickBooks Plan section, select Resubscribe.
  5. Select Subscribe.
  6. Enter your new payment information if needed.
  7. Click Subscribe.
