What report can I run to see all the transaction breakdown of all line items including payments and journal entries? I need to see each transaction itemized in the report

Let me help you run a report to get the data that you need, carrastok.

QuickBooks lets you view all items in the bill payment by running the Transaction List by Vendor. 

1. Go to Business overview then select Reports, or go to Reports.
2. Find and open Transaction list by Vendor.
3. Click Customize.
4. From the General section, change the reporting period to All Dates.
5. From the Filter section, change the Last Modified Date to the date the check was entered in QuickBooks Online.
6. From the Transaction Type section, select Bill.
7. From the Vendor section, select the vendor from the drop-down menu.
8. Click Run report.

For journal entries, you can run the Transaction Detail by Account report. It shows all types of transactions you've made to a specific account. You may also include bill payments here.

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Find and open Transaction Detail by Account.
3. Update the date when needed.
4. Click Customize.
5. From Filter, mark Transaction Type and select Journal Entry and Bill Payment for check or credit card.
6. Mark Account, then select All Asset Accounts. You can select a specific account whenever you want.
7. Click Run report.
8. To see all items for journal entries, you may need to open each transaction from the report.
