Hello there, @srqclassiccar,

There are several payroll reports available to help you learn more about your company and its employees. We'll explain what these reports are and how to get them.

I have steps you want to help you adjust and run a payroll summary by the employee if you need to view the payroll wages, taxes, deductions, and contributions totaled by employees.

Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the payroll report that you want to change.
  2. Choose Customize.
  3. Choose which items to include in your report.
  4. When finished, click Run report.

Moreover, You can view your paychecks, W-2s, and other employment information such as your home address and bank account information after your employer has invited you to QuickBooks Workforce and you've set up your account.

here's how:

  1. Set up your Workforce account if you haven't before.
  2. Sign in to workforce.intuit.com.
  3. Select Paychecks.
  4. Select the appropriate date range. You can view multiple paychecks up to one year at a time.
  5. Do one of the following. Select Download all to view the paycheck list.

Feel free to read this article for your reference on how to view your paychecks and W2s in QuickBooks Workforce.

In addition, learn how to use QuickBooks Online Payroll to complete this year's payroll and plan for the next in this article: Year-end checklist for QuickBooks Online Payroll.

You are welcome to ask follow-up questions about your employees or payroll entries. If you want to learn more about recording sales transactions or running reports, please let me know and I'll get back to you.
