When adding users, can access be limited (i.e. receipt snap, only)?

In QuickBooks Online, you can set up customizable permissions and limit their access to specific tasks or areas. If using the Advanced version, you can assign the Banking role so your user can snap, upload, and export receipts. Take note that this role will also give your user access to all banking transactions.  here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Manage users, then go to the Roles tab.
  3. Select the Banking role, then click Next.
  4. Enter a role name and description, then select Save.
  5. Go to the Users tab, then click Add user.
  6. Under Custom role, select the role you've created for this user.
  7. Click Next, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
