This might be a browser-related issue, @austindiane.

To resolve this, let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private window. This mode doesn't save cache and cookies that might cause problems when running Intuit sites. Please refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

Google Chrome: Hold Ctrl + Shift + N

Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox: Hit Ctrl + Shift + P

Then, run the Average Monthly Qualified Payroll Cost report:

  1. Go to Workers or Payroll menu, then click Overview.
  2. Choose View Report on the New Average Monthly Qualified Payroll Cost report notification
  3. Pick the desired lookback period from the Lookback Period dropdown
  4. Tap Printer-friendly version link just above the image of the report.

If this works, go back to your regular browser, and clear the cache. This fixes some problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

If the same thing happens, use other supported browsers. The one you are currently using may have a temporary problem with QuickBooks. Using a different updated browser in the meantime will allow you to print the report.
