When does QBO auto-create an “Inventory Quantity Adjustment” to Inventory Shrinkage with memo “<Product Name> – Quantity adjustment” without manual action?

When does QuickBooks Online automatically create “Inventory Quantity Adjustment” transactions to the Inventory Shrinkage account, with the memo: – Quantity adjustment via our API integration, even though we are not sending any requests to create these adjustments? They appear without manual input on our side. Thank you!
