When I go into the bank account and I enter my username and password it says connecting to bank and then it just shows a box that says your security is our priority and its guarded and then doesn't show the bank account

It looks like your bank has a security feature that blocks third-party connections, like QBSE. We don't have a feature that hides bank accounts, so most likely this is on your bank's side. You can log in to your account to see if there's a setting to permit connections to QBSE or third-party apps.
