Question

When I go to save and close my weekly timesheet I am getting a message that my password is incorrect. Is this a problem with the program or am doing something wrong?

Let's perform troubleshooting steps to see if this issue is related to your browser, Bookem.

Corrupted cache files can affect your experience when performing particular tasks within the software. Try the process again in a private window to see if this issue is related to your browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works, return to your main browser and clear its cache for a fresh start. Otherwise, try using other supported browsers, as this issue can sometimes be related to the particular browser you're using.

Furthermore, to avoid discrepancies in recorded hours when making edits to your timesheets, consider enabling the feature that allows QuickBooks weekly timesheets to synchronize with QuickBooks Time automatically.
