When I log in I receive a message that the app isn't supported. What does that mean and what do I have to do?

Thanks for becoming part of the Community, bksolutions32-gm.

 

Due to limited use, the QuickBooks Online desktop applications are no longer supported as of April 20, 2021. This means there won't be software updates, customer support, or downloads available for them.

 

You can continue signing in to and using the apps as long as your web browser supports it. Once a browsing app discontinues support for them, I'd recommend accessing your books through a preferred browser.


Here's how:

  1. Go to the sign in page.
  2. Under QuickBooks Products, choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Enter your User ID and Password, then select Sign In with Email. You can also Sign in with Google.
