When I log in on my phone and from my laptop I don’t see the same info, how do I link the two?

Hi @terron253 , uninstall then reinstall quickbooks app. Clear app cache in your phone, then sync again. Comment back, cheers.

The QuickBooks Online app is always in sync with QuickBooks Online on the web, terron253.

 

In cases like this, we can clear the app data to get rid of the issue that you're currently experiencing.

 

You can follow the steps below based on your device:

 

If you're using an iOS:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
  2. Tap Refresh Data.
  3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰ then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.
