When I pick the bank it will not accept my use and password that I always use to get into the bank. The bank says everything is ok on their end. How can QB connect?

Before we can accomplish your goal for today, may I ask you a few questions about the connection of your bank? Saying it is not accepting your username or password, did you perhaps receive an error message prompt? Or can you tell me how are you unable to connect such an account?
