When I print an aged receivables report, I am missing anything from 10/232019 to 05/20/2020? why?

The Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging report is a record that shows the unpaid invoice balances along with the duration for which they’ve been outstanding. You'll want to make sure to select the correct Report period to show the transactions when printing the report. Let me guide you with the steps.

  1. Click Reports on the left menu.
  2. On the search bar, type the name of the report.
  3. On the Report period, click the drop-down arrow to select the date. 
  4. Click Run report.
