When I pull up a customer transaction report, it only gives me the 1st page and I can't get access to the rest of them....

A transaction report normally has one page. If there are too many transaction lines, you will see a report slide bar. Just slide it down to see more lines.

Alternatively, you can export the report to Excel for a different experience.
