Question

When I refresh a synced balance sheet, the account names go away in column A and are replaced with the balance in both Columns A and B. Anyone have a solution?

@laura-grimes-con  10 bucks says you'll be told to clear your cache or use an incognito browser within the next 15 minutes.

When accessing spreadsheet reports inside the program, please know that the data shown depends on what filters you've added to the financial report and affects the overall look of the columns inside a spreadsheet. You'll want to double-check and ensure you've added the correct filters so the system can easily recognize what data to include inside the report.

That would be nice, but the rest of your answer does no such thing. Did you even read the question? It's quite simple and doesn't use any big words or anything!

 

Also, who is "we"?
