We can troubleshoot and check the report settings to determine why there aren't any expenses on your report, aking48.

It's vital to review the reporting date and accounting method when generating a Profit and Loss Report to ensure accurate financial reporting. I'll show you how:

  1. Go to the Reports, and search for the Profit and Loss report.
  2. Select Customize, then set your preferred report period.
  3. Choose the accounting method.
  4. Under the Filter, tick the Product/Service and pick All Income/Expense Accounts from the Distribution Account dropdown.
  5. Tap Run report.

If you're still experiencing issues, consider using a private browser. Here are some keyboard shortcuts you can use:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox and Microsoft Edge
  • Control + Option +P if you're using Safari

Furthermore, I suggest clearing your cache. Doing so will enable you to refresh the website preferences, which may be causing issues when using QBO.
