Question

When I share custom reports as an admin, I'm sometimes not able to see the reports I create. Second, I wasn't able to see as admin a custom report shared by super admin?

Finally, the custom reports I created as admin (and was not able to see), were visible to the master admin and had "-1" and "-2" suffixes. Actually, the one that admin named "report name" was seen by master admin as "report name-2". There is was more strangeness, but two questions: is this a known issue and am I doing anything wrong in creating/sharing custom reports?

Good day, brad-dre.

We can do some troubleshooting steps. Sometimes, we do this to rule out if the missing reports are caused by a browser-related issue.

Let's open your company in an incognito or private browser. You can use the shortcut key below:

  • Chrome press Ctrl+Shift+N.
  • Internet Explorer or Firefox, press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari, hold down Command+Shift+N.

Then, go to Reports Custom Reports and check if the shared report shows up. If it does, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache.

Here's an article for the instructions: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?.

You can also use a different browser like Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari as an alternate solution.

Otherwise, reach out to our Customer Care Team to investigate this further. Before doing so, please check our support hours here: Support hours and types. Then, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Select Start messaging or Get a callback.

Feel free to add a reply on this thread if you have any additional questions or other concerns. Take care.
