When I try to access my account, I am being told that I need a subscription to QuickBooks online. I do have a subscription, I was billed for it most recently on 4/8/21.

How can I get back into my account? I cannot even access my subscription information or any settings.

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. In the Assistant tab, enter talk to a human twice.
  3. Select I still need a human and then Contact Phone Support.
  4. Choose the best way you'll want to get in touch with us.
