When I try to access the account and settings menu in QBO it immediately cycles back to the dashboard. How do I fix this?

You may be experiencing some browser hiccups, @victor_david-war.

 

 

Access the account and settings to your QBO account using a private browser. If you don't encounter the same thing, go back to your original browser and delete the cache. Also, you can use another supported browser. They use a different cache.
