When I try to login on my phone, it pops up with "looks like your account doesn't include access to the QuickBooks Online mobile app" how can I fix this?

You could have the wrong mobile app that is why you've got that error message. 


To download the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app, check below links:

Once you've downloaded the app, make sure to use the same login credentials upon signing up.
