Welcome to the Community, @collinjhart-gmai.

I see you're a new member trying to connect a bank account in QuickBooks Online. I can clarify things about our Banking feature so you can manage your transactions effectively.

The account types you can link to QuickBooks depend on your bank or financial institution. You may need to check the settings of your Venmo account by logging into their website.

Try to check if there's a specific setting for third-party apps like QuickBooks or contact Venmo Customer Support to identify if they support it.

If connecting the Venmo Business account is unavailable, I encourage you to submit a request by clicking Still can't find your bank (see screenshot below). It allows users to submit a request to connect accounts inaccessible through the banking feature.

Online banking is one of the biggest timesavers in QuickBooks Online. If you need a workaround, you can get transactions from your bank or credit cards and manually import them into QuickBooks Online. Check out this link: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Also, QuickBooks now offers the option for your customers to pay e-Invoices with PayPal and Venmo. To learn more about the process, visit this article: Use PayPal and Venmo with QuickBooks Online.

Please reach out if you have further banking concerns about connecting your online accounts to QuickBooks. We'll be sure to get back to you. Take care.
