When yo add a user what dose he have to do on his end to get loged in>?

Hello,

 

When you add a user to your QBO account, they will receive an email saying they have been invited to join "ABC Company" and will prompt them to create an Intuit login or sign in with their Intuit login if they already have one.

 

Once they do that, they can go to qbo.intuit.com and use that login and password to access the company file that you added them to.
