I'm here to make sure you can get all your QuickBooks records that you need, @wtsonis.

When you cancel your QBO subscription, QuickBooks will hold on to your data for up to one year. You can save all of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data by exporting the information so it can be saved, stored, and transferred digitally if needed.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Gear icon and choose Export Data.
  2. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  3. Select Export to Excel.

If you need to export a different report, here's how to export reports to Excel.
