Where can I report QBO reproducible bugs?

QBO is basically unusable at this time for me.  I need to report these bugs  (1) Reports include phantom, duplicate Bank transactions no longer visible in Categorized, Excluded, or the Bank statements.  There are 2 paths to this: a bug in one of the two Exclude buttons, closing Bank accounts.
(2) Numerous problems with PayPal app and documented approaches to importing PayPal statements.
