Where do I find a log or report for invoice paid by qb credit card but not yet deposited to the bank?

If you process payments in QuickBooks, you can check their statuses from your Deposits screen.

Here's how:
 

1. Go to Get paid & pay.
2. Click Deposits.
3. Select a deposit you want to review.

You'll see each payment that's part of the daily deposit. It also shows related processing fees as separate transactions.

If there's any issues with a payment, it won't show up in your daily deposit. You'll receive an email from Intuit in the event this ever occurs. Our email will detail what's going on and what needs to be done. Be sure to check your email settings if you're not seeing any emails from Intuit.

Additionally, you can also check payment statuses in the Merchant Service Center:
 

1. Sign in to your Merchant Service Center.
2. From the top menu bar, go to Activity & Reports, then Transactions.
3. Customize your search with the available options, such as your Date ▼ drop-down. You can also click Show advanced options to do a more specific search.
4. Select Search.
