Where is all my 2019 information? I saved all my miles & receipts for a 2019;app told me it expired &have to pay monthly, I paid& none of my 2019 info I saved is displayed

I can share information to help you figure out why the prior year data is missing in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). Once you renew the expired subscription, you should still be able to access previously recorded miles and receipts.

 

Please make sure to use the same login credentials to avoid purchasing a separate subscription. To get this sorted out, I recommend you proceed with contacting our Self-Employed Support Team.

  1. From your QBSE homepage, click the QB Assistant at the top.
  2. Type in the chatbox contact support
  3. You'll now be provided options on how would you like to connect to them.
  4. Choose to Get a callback.
